Snacking doesn't need to be unhealthy or a cause of shame and regret. In fact, if you plan your snacks a little ahead of time, it can be a source of valuable nutrition.
Kale is a true superfood, with lots of nutrients, including vitamins A, K, B6 and C, calcium, potassium, copper and manganese. It is also a low carbohydrate food so it's perfect for people trying to balance their blood sugar. Garlic is also highly nutritious, being a source of manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, selenium and fibre.
